Our Live Magnet Bar is a one-of-a-kind experience where guests can transform moments from your event into beautiful keepsake magnets in just minutes.

Guests simply upload a photo taken during your celebration—whether it's a fun selfie on the dance floor, a family picture during cocktail hour, or a candid moment shared with loved ones. We professionally print, press, and assemble each magnet right before their eyes.

To preserve the authenticity of your celebration, we only create magnets using photos taken during your event. Outside photos are not accepted.

Event Requirements

To ensure the best possible experience for you and your guests, we require:

A minimum 8' × 8' space for our Magnet Bar tables and equipment.

Additional space is required if you'd like to include a designated photo backdrop area for guests.

Access to one standard electrical outlet.

An indoor location or a covered outdoor space to protect our equipment.

Adequate lighting for guest photos whenever possible.

We proudly serve Central Wisconsin and are happy to discuss travel for events outside our standard service area.
